For being an omnipotent being, he has a hard time keeping things under control.
As I mentioned in my earlier post, "God created a world, a wild and free world, to be the breeding ground for things God values in human beings". God does not dictate, He allows all freedom. The consequence of your actions is purely your own responsibility.
