Lolwut? Maybe I'm just reading this wrong...but the 2013 census estimate shows something like 78% of Americans being white.
Statistically white people are more likely to commit most crimes.
If you meant to say Ferguson specifically and not the USA, then yes, there are more black people than white people, but statistically white people are still more likely to have or have been using drugs while black people are more likely to be arrested.
