The sky cannot be blue until god deems it so and until god does, nobody knows or can know what color the sky will be. All possibilities may be known by god, but until the choice is made, even god does not know. There is a difference between what can be and what will be. Though god knows what it can be, god does know what it will be until god makes that choice.
