Lol yes, the rest of my post was a bit redundant.
Imagine an apologist is on trial for murder. The evidence is that they "can't prove they didn't so it." Would they think it reasonable to go to jail based on this?
If not, that's why it's a useless argument. Try it out with other types of arguments, and see if you would think it reasonable go down for that argument.
