That's not the same thing. A blind person's cane is for intents and purposes a part of their body. You wouldn't tell a wheelchair user they can't use their chair because they ran down someone in the hallway. You do not risk the safety of a child because they're being unruly. A cane is the sight you don't have, and taking is sick.
