For anyone inclined to think that free speech actually means this, here's a little experiment: Pick any random television network. March into their broadcast building and demand to be put on the air live, to talk about whatever you want, until you're done talking. Time how long it takes you to be forcibly removed from the building.
If it wouldn't work for the broadcaster, why would you think it'd work for a forum?
