One thing about number 4 is that there are certain people who really can't be rehabilitated. Sociopaths and psychopaths literally can't feel empathy. The best they could do is pretend to give a shit about other people. If they've started doing really nasty things, they've obviously made a decision that just behaving around people whether you like them or not isn't in their best interests.

I'm all for rehabilitation, but I do believe there are some really extreme circumstances when someone just needs to be erased from the species. I know this is a touchy subject, but i felt like commenting on number 4 because it's closest to how I think.

Edit: Actually you did mention psychos and such in 4. I just didn't read all of it.
