When the our light source stops giving people cancer, gravity stops making people fall to their deaths, diseases stop killing people, nautral disasters stop happening, the oceans get smaller and stop being filled with something that inhibits our ability to breathe, and people stop failing to use their brains, then he can brag. As is, he may have made all of existence, but he did a cruddy job of it.
