Evidence, but if I used evidence I would be acting against my faith and may become an atheist?
Yes, that's the unfortunate truth.
I find it funny Atheists think they are so rational and then we question why they think they are so rational, they use straw men to defend their rationality.
God's existence is no more probable a priori than that of fairies, pixies or leprechauns. Assuming you don't believe in these things, atheists merely demand a reason for believing that God's existence is more likely than the existence of other supernatural or mythical entities. That seems fairly reasonable to me. No straw men are required for the atheist position to hold.
I used to think Atheists were seekers of the truth. The majority of them are so passionately against religion and the idea of God or gods, that if God walked up to them, they would completely dismiss it.
Well, I hope you are the rare type of atheist who respects other people.
I'll admit that much religious doctrine doesn't appeal to me, and therefore I'm glad that there's no reason for supposing it to be true. If God did walk up to me, though, if I could establish that it wasn't just a strange psychological quirk, I would probable believe. In fact, I'm inclined to be persuaded by even fairly weak evidence, until I evaluate it rationally, or read something which debunks the evidence. So, I'm actually quite open-minded. Could it be that you're clinging to straw-men of atheists?

'False religion' is the ultimate tautology.
