You havn't provided any argument, provide me a passage which states that the crime has been committed against the father, as the woman is just his property. You can't even get close, again you are just fantasizing.
The crime is clearly being committed against the woman, hence the terminology "though the betrothed woman screamed, there was no one to rescue her."
Not "the betrothed woman screamed, and there was no-one there to rescue her fathers property".
Woman in the bible are not treated humanely they are treated as objects of pleasure and servitude and nothing more. If your soon to be wife was raped by your jealous friend he now owns your soon to be wife because he paid the father of that daughter and he have many wives as he wants and he can kill them if they are even touched by another man and that man is also punished. Is it so hard to understand that people back then were not even moral. Like the story about sodom a guy basically gives his own daughter to a angry mob that wants to rape the angels and the next day he takes her inside and kills her. Yeah no woman were treated like objects the end.
