Well I don't have kids and have no interest in having any, but for the sake of discussion if I had kids and they did convert to some silly religion. I wouldn't do anything. I'd let them do/believe in whatever they like. They can believe in santa way into their 30's for all I care. Wouldn't bother me even a little.
Though, I would always be able to go into discussion or debate over the subject if they like. Though wouldn't want to hear about it all the time, as I would often have far better things to do with my time.
If they wish to go to church and bollocks, that's fine. Just don't expect me to follow.

P.S I didn't vote for obvious reasons.
