We used to have a neg-rep ability, but it led to some pretty vicious flaming in the rep system. What's the point of that, apart from making unnecessary work for Staff? You could always not rep someone if they don't deserve your commendation. Worst case scenario, you always have the option to delete the rep you gave previously, and I did not just say that m'kay?
