In opposition to a condom maker in the Philippines handing out free condoms the Catholic Church has offered to swap them for sweets printed with messages conveying the importance of chastity.

The goverment of the Philippines itself used to hand out free condoms on Valentine's day to cut down upon an escalating problem with STD's but this year did not, due to pressure from the Catholic authorities.

Pity they didn't think to have both, chocolate flavored condoms!

Why do the priests want all the condoms?
