At around 1:45, you can see that the shove to the ground was not as gentle as the beginning animation makes it seem. The neighborhood looks like it has enough houses that the residents wouldn't know everyone. Why would they assume that someone going for a walk did not own a house there? It wouldn't be against the law even if someone wanted to take a walk in a neighbor that wasn't there own.
That is such a long thread that I don't open it because it would take me forever to catch up. I should have checked it out first, though.
I live on a dead end, dirt road with five families. If someone walks down my street, I noticed them but I assume that they are either lost or just enjoying a walk in the country. It wouldn't occur to me to call the cops on them.
