Yes, but why haven't these died out, along with all the other dead gods? Why can't the scrutiny of God's word kill those off?
God has said that He would always expose the false teachings about Him and this is why the false christian sects have fallen. As for the other religions that have survived up till now they are not teachings directed against Him or false teachings about Him. Why they have lasted this long I do not know but God has said that there is only one true God and that He is that God. So in this statement you could say He has dealt with those religions until the return of Christ.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
