Why would women want to join a Religion?

Christianity is a misogynistic violent religion - There are numerous passages in the bible telling you how much it sucks to be Female. Do women just ignore that?

It's the same reason anyone joins a religion, a sense of security; either embracing or simply ignoring it is just part and parcel of the whole conversion process

Judaism isn't any better. They take it all the way to gender separation in the synagogues.

To be fair, Judaism isn't really a religion one converts to lightly. Apparently, you have to be turned down three times by a rabbi before they'll take you seriously as a convert.

Islam is just fucking nuts. Women are just slightly above property. Why the hell would any woman want to be Muslim?

Bear in mind, at the time of Muhammad, Islam's stance on women was still a step up from his contemporaries at the time. Sadly, in many cases, Islamic societies still lag far behind in women's rights because they haven't bothered to take another step up in the intervening 1436 years.
