Sure you can. You can sue just about anyone in civil court for just about any reason, so long as you pay the $400.00 filing fee.

When companies put warning labels on obviously dangerous items, it's usually the result of some Darwin Award candidate suing them. They were either forced to place the labels as part of a settlement agreement or they are trying to mitigate the possibility of future law suits. A warning label in no way protects them from being sued nor does it protect them from a jury loaded with "Deliverance" extras awarding the banjo playing kid $10 million because the he cut himself with the straight razor.
