At some limit I will not be able to understand. I am resigned and not upset by that thought and I have absolutely no need to postulate a god to push the grey veil back a little farther. Particularly when doing so is not at all effective, it just paints a pretty picture on the veil. Others want to paint that picture for their own reasons, generally their own benefit, not mine. I won't let them.
Um not sure what you mean with this. I will restate what I always do. You can believe whatever you want, that human right is a matter of human rights only, still has nothing to do with your ability to demonstrate the credibility of what you claim, on any subject. Thing that are universal as far as knowledge don't have to be sold or defended, those things are tested and have the shit kicked out of them. If they pass that test it is a fact all of humanity has. If it does not, then the wise thing to do is to drop it and move on.
Right now science is pointing to "all this" merely being a product of nature, not a god, not even a non thinking living thing. Until such time future evidence or better methods say otherwise, my position is that there is no god and the universe is not a living thing itself.
Not even the universe is structured like any biological life. It cannot function because it is not a giant biological life. It is simply energy in motion. But energy and matter by themselves do not constitute biological life.

To you no kidding. Anyone drunk on woo wont see through it. As Neil Degrasse Tyson has said "The good thing about science is it does not care if you accept it or not".
That applies to atheists as well, I'll take on atheists with crappy claims too. Even atheists can have their own woo. "Atheist" only refers to claims about gods. But once you start projecting human qualities on non biological life, even without a standard god, you are fucking up.
Science already knows the difference between the way the atoms that make up molecules in a non living rock or diamond or plastic are not arranged in the same way as living things like grass or an insect or bacteria or humans.
Once you start thinking an invisible magic thinking thing did it, or that the universe itself is living, you have swallowed the Kool Aid.
