That's...not what a strong atheist is. And any position asserting a positive claim assumes a burden of proof.
Except, if you read what I said, I never said that's what a strong atheist is.
I said, atheists can imply that the set of non-divine explanations for the world around us is better than divine explanations.
And therefore, it makes more sense to be a strong atheist than a theist.
