Again God being a title, and not a name.
So, when you say "God...He...Him..." you really ought to be saying, "they...them."

When I say The President... He... Him... Who am I speaking of, All of them? or the man in charge?

Again God is a title and it is correct to address a person holding a title by his title. In Jewish and Christian tradition to simply refer to God is to speak of the Father.
