If you can do you realize how much money you can make by doing that.
If my faith were flimsy enough to require apologetics...
I don't because faith is, as our sacred scripture puts it:
Quote:The Wholly Babble:
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Now what is meant by "see" is not what can be literally detected by eyesight (as invisible things like air have demonstrable effects) but is a reference to what we can prove. So faith is wishing ssomething to be true and believing so with confidence even though we have no reason to. It's belief in what we wish to be true without evidence and against all evidence.
So if you require apologetics to bolster your faith then you've kind of missed the point.
But if my faith were flimsy enough to require apologetics, I might reference a few of William Lame Craig's gems.
First, there's the Moral Argument:
Step 1: Arbitrarily define God as essential for objective morals to exist, even though "objective" by definition means "free from anyone's opinions or values" and therefore would preclude any being's opinions or values, however wise or powerful they might be, from establishing them.
Step 2: Arbitrarily assert, just as a matter of fact as if stating a self-evident axiom, that objective morals exist.
Step 3: Therefore, Jesus, because when we say "God", I mean, who else?
Then there's Transcendental Argument:
Step 1: Without God, we couldn't account for the laws of logic, because Argument from Incredulity.
Step 2: Logic exists, though some use it better than others.
Step 3: Therefore, Jesus! Not Allah, not Vishnu, not the FSM but Jesus!
But personally, I like this argument:
Step 1: Brrrring fnorb zeeep dong frrruuupp quanarrrg zoooooop
Step 2: No one has ever disproved step 1.
Step 3: Therefore, Jesus!
GLORY!
