Again, when someone is turned away for their attire not being appropriate for the venue, they are not being discriminated against. They have only to wear the appropriate attire and they will be admitted.
Also, the caterer is literally providing food for an event. They are not required to attend the event, participate in the event in any way. If you advertise your business you cannot turn away clients based on protected statuses. You are not required to do anything those clients want. For example, if you are a baker, you don't have to provide two grooms on the top of the cake. If a gay couple chooses a cake you have for sale, you cannot choose to not sell them the cake because they are gay. If you are a florist and you have flowers for sale, you cannot refuse to sell flowers to a gay couple for their wedding. You are not required to plan said floral arrangements for the wedding.
This idea that caterers are being "forced" to do anything other than sell the sames ware that they are selling to everyone else is patently stupid.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
