There's always some jackass that rolls this out; however, I have yet to encounter one that can tell me what this has to do with police unjustly killing civilians with no accountability. Care to be the first? I'm going to go out on a limb and say you can't.
What happens when a civilian murders another civilian? He/she goes to court and if proven guilty proceeds to jail. What happens when a cop murders a civilian? In most cases, nothing. This is why what you wrote above is irrelevant here.
