Depends on which deity (or deities) is real. If it was Allah then would ask why, according to the Quran, was the Bible corrupted. Allah could apparently not protect the Bible and there's some interesting Quran verses but I'm too lazy right now.
If it was Yaweh then I'd want to know about Noah's global flood: Why was the free will of the flood victims taken away? (also applies to Allah).
Other deities t's hard to say really. It depends. Obviously I'd want to know why I was not given the evidence I needed.
