Some people can be practically perfect in some ways. Something is perfect when it meets every criteria someone thinks it should meet. That's why we have a concept of it. In some ways perfection can be subjective, I suppose. You call your god perfect, despite the fact that he can't figure out how to get everyone to do what he wants them to do. He can't even keep all of the people who want to follow him from killing each other over how to worship him, never mind all the people who don't believe he exists or is worth worshiping.
