As far as I'm concerned, if everyone is honest and it's between consenting adults, there is no problem.
Personally I'm not at all into casual sex, and I'm happy in a monogamous relationship. But I certainly wouldn't judge anyone else for being in any way different. Those are just my preferences.
People should be able to wear what they like and act how they like (as long as they aren't hurting anyone). It sounds like you've been raised in what I would consider to be a very repressed, sexist and controlling environment. There's no reason you should have to stick to it, you're free to choose now
