Sahih Bukhari is hadiths and not Quran. The forbidden of alcohol comes from hadiths and not Quran. Hadiths are oral traditions that were compiled centures after Muhammad and the Quran.
The hadiths claimed that initially alcohol was not forbidden but was forbidden later in Muhammad's life. It says that alcohol is a grave sin and anyone caught can get flogged.
The Quran spoke against drunkiness especially in times of praying and animosity it can cause between humans. Moderation is the key here. Moderate use of alcohol is OK from a Quranic perspectives.
