Not nearly as dangerous as the woman who takes advantage of desperate grieving people. When you lose someone you love dearly you become extraordinarily vulnerable. Also elderly people are very vulnerable. These people charging money to reunite someone with a deceased loved one deserve to be imprisoned for fraud. It's a disgusting thing to do to people who are desperate.
