Oh, get over yourself, fr0d0. This is 'AtheistForums.org'. It would be surprising had there not been a private forum for atheists only. In fact, I can almost guarantee that most atheist forum communities have one... especially if they allow theists the freedom to post in all of the public forums (which many atheist forums do not). As it was (and has already been explained), it didn't get much use other than as a place to discuss whether or not a troublesome theist was a Poe or a troll... or simply an asshole.
It's not just atheist forums, either. Forum communities based upon nearly any topic will have private forums for select members only. In this community it was a place for atheists that had actively contributed for long enough that it was obvious they planned to stick around. Many of the atheist members here that were not aware of the Lounge would have been eventually... had the idea not finally been scrapped.
You are the one that disappeared for a while and then returned with a bug up your ass. Since your 'return', you have posted nothing but attitude driven bullshit and smart-assed insults. If you no longer wish to participate in actual conversations... gtfo. If you want to make intelligent arguments to back up the things you say... then by all means... do so. Pick one.
