Secret Recipes

Two of mine.
The best bacon -- is a sugar cured - deep fried in vegetable oil. 375f. It ends up curly - and fully cooked in under 90 seconds. Crisp and delicious.
Which leads to the second secret.
Fried chicken -- use that bacon flavored oil.
Use Drakes batter mix - and a healthy dollop of Mrs Dash flavor mix. Cook at 425f for 18-25 minutes depending on size of pieces.
Double down on you blood pressure medication....

I put my bacon in the oven at 425.
Best wings are prebaked at 425 until just about cooked, then put in oil just long enough to crisp the skin.
Par boil all of your chicken in flavored water before you grill if you don't want it to dry out on the grill.
