So stuff like trees are meant to be proof of god? I can pull up a large list of nature deities that nature would be proof of, if we're going to go that route. Trees are proof of trees. They are not proof of Gaia. Even if we narrowed it down to creator gods, and not just nature spirits, there is more than one story about creator gods. The universe is proof of the universe. It does not prove Vishnu.
Using vague proofs doesn't work towards proving specific deities.
"Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity"
In other words, he did a half assed job, and when that didn't work he gave up.
