I'm going to sound like a defensive pro-Islamic faux-liberal here but hear me out.
That attitude towards muslims as a people doesn't help. Muslims are as diverse as any other group, and by making these Xenophobic sweeping statements about "they stab us in the back" you are going to alienate potential secular allies within the Muslim and ex-Muslim communities.
Nobody should ever generalise Muslims as a people, whether it's for good or bad intentions. Even people who say things they think are well-meaning like "Muslims are offended by immodest women" (the basis of this thread) is problematic. Saying that erases the Muslim woman in Iran who is fighting desperately and risking her life to ditch the headscarf. Far more Muslims (or those labelled Muslim) have died from Islamism than Non-Muslims.

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie
