So,i'd be lying if i said that religion didn't have any role in making me act good in my childhood days,that is,atleast out of fear.
Maybe it affected your actions by making you fear punishment, but it had little to no impact on what you perceive to be right or wrong. Unless you do think stoning cheating spouses is the right thing to do.
