Here's one more recipe for you from my country, since you're so kind - unlike the most of the believers I've ever talked to or met. And because I think you're hot. [Image: image_357974.gif]

Ingredients:
A large pot capable of holding 6 liters (which is about 1.5 gallons, I think), 3 juicy cucumbers (or more, if they're too thin), 3 yoghurts, 1-2 cloves of garlic and 2-3 blades of dill, sunflower oil (olive oil will ruin the recipe in this case) and 6-7 pinches of salt.
Peel and grate or notch the cucumbers, shake the 3 yoghurts* and pour them in the pot, finely chop the dill and the garlic and pour them in there as well. If the yoghurt you have poured is equal to 1.5 liters, then the water you must add is exactly the same quantity. After the water add the oil and the salt. Stir all that finely and if necessary add more salt - until your tongue starts feeling at least a little of the taste of the salt.
If the yoghurt has been kept in cold place (but not frozen), then the cold soup will be ready to eat immediately. If not, put in the fridge for an hour or two and then eat it.

* It's imperative to shake the yoghurts finely. If you don't and then pour them with the cold water in the pot, the yoghurt will become ball-shaped. So either shake manually, or use this machine that I have no idea what its name is in English:
