Anyway, I envision a society that works without the concept of money, something with the work ethic of Danes, the medium wellbeing of western europeans, the idealistic worldview of Americans and the realism of third world populations. In such a world the essentials would be guaranteed to everybody, so artistic work wouldn't have to be monetized but rather it would attract people of like minds.

I don't know how they could include amateur movies, I don't see how they could, really, given how many of them must be out there and the problem with selecting them on a given basis, but I will take your word on it seeing as I didn't actually read the whole article despite referencing it, so yeah, sorry about that.
But then again, you didn't exactly specify what kind of movies you were referring to in your post, you simply went on to talk about some kind of movies. Why wouldn't we include documentaries then?
