You might want to work on your language skills, as some of that is just gibberish.

As for the story in Numbers 31, little children are murdered.  Young girls are raped.  Unless you are a sick freak, ordinarily, you would regard such things as immoral.  However, because it is commanded by your god, your natural tendencies you disavow, and instead say that these obviously immoral things are somehow good.  That is, assuming you are not some sick freak, which I freely admit I cannot be certain of, as I do not know you.  Statistically speaking, though, it is a good guess, and it is also the non-insulting guess to make about you.

However, since you are making such a fuss about the fact that I don't know you, are you now telling us that your natural tendency is to regard the murder of small children as a good thing, and the rape of young girls as a good thing?  Have I made a mistake in supposing that you ordinary would regard those things as wrong?  By all means, clear up this point if you wish.  But in the case of most religionists, they are normally against such things, but their natural morality is perverted by such sick stories when they believe their god approves.  Of course, that does not apply to sick freaks.  To a sick freak, the story may well seem normal and fine.

The story you speak of explicitly says not to harm any young girls.

So you believe rape isn't harming them?

The boys were of there fathers blood and would do as there fathers did.

Two things. First, the girls they kept to rape are also of their father's blood.

Second, are you saying that you are unable to do things differently from your father? That having your father's blood makes you incapable of acting differently from your father?

It is all pertaining to the betterment of man.

It is all about you trying to rationalize rape and murder.

If there were a good god that was omnipotent and omniscient, it would use better means to achieve its goals. Murder and rape are wrong, and every decent person knows that.

Of course I don't think the things you listed are morally right. They also aren't what is in the Bible.

You need to read it again if you believe that. Killing little children is murder, whether commanded by god or not. Look up the word "murder" in a dictionary and you will see that there is no exception for it being commanded by god. The same is true of the word "rape."

Stop taking shit out of context and embellishing it. That is called lying.

I am simply going by what it says. I have not embellished the story at all. I have added nothing to the story. You are pretending that murder and rape are okay if god commands it. Your bullshit excuses are just bullshit excuses, nothing more. Falsely calling me a liar changes nothing.
