I posted the federal statue/Defination of the word rape. Why? Because of your definition. "UNLAWFUL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE" So again if the law/Federal Guideline' says consent is needed, and the passage in 1 cor 7 urges BOTH Husbands and WIVES to give consent if the other NEEDS to Have Sex then No law has been broken!
Women should stay far, far away from you. At the risk of putting words in your mouth, your logic is basically this: "I realize that the law requires consent, but the Holly Bibble says wives and husbands have to consent to each other, so married people pretty much can't rape each other unless it's a legitimate, forcibly applied rape (and even then I would argue that she should have just given it up because he obviously needed it if he was acting that way over it...also, what was she wearing?)"
