G-Dub isn;t a catholic. Why would he give a shit what the pope says? It isn't all about you, and what you believe...you know..lol. I don;t know that you really give much more of a shit about the things that popes say..we've had the conversation..I expect it will remain unconsidered....but what does it matter? It's not a conspiracy theory, it's just some silly thing a silly man said, isn't it? It's equally silly when a muslim makes a similar claim in service of capturing more territory.
