I think a lot of people are in your position, I guess if all they are asking is for you to pray a bit things could be worse, as long as they aren't asking you to strap a bomb to your chest and blow up some jews.
I do feel sorry for you though I know how boring praying can be.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
