from my aunt who KNOWS im an atheist, and who fights with me about it all the time (and believe me, I never bring the subject of religion up. I'd rather just live and let live because it only ends in a fight, not understanding). She also signed the package "God, I love you!" I wanted to scream I really did, just because its really offensive. If it was anyone else giving it to me just because the necklace was nice (it actually is, but trust me ill never wear it) thats one thing, but there was no good intent behind this gift. You dont give someone a gift to please yourself, you do it because its something they would like.
It was just so rediculous because it wouldnt be ok for me to give her a copy of the koran, or a jewish star as a gift... so why is this ok in her delusional thinking? I cannot wait to move out...
