I don't think so. (Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong of course.) I think slut shaming is specifically about coming down harder on women than on men.
Maybe that's because you've been taught to believe that only women can be sluts
The truth is in the definition (which I posted). Men very rarely have to deal with slut shaming but any time you shame a person for their sexual behaviors (obviously barring things like rape) it is slut shaming.

I have a hard time believing that rape is a natural male urge that must be suppressed. People are not that good at suppressing their natural urges. If that was the case the majority of men would be rapists.
