There's a difference between baking a cake for a gay marriage, and being forced to write down "gay marriage rocks!" in the same cake - I don't think either side should be forced to do something that goes against their fundamental beliefs, as much as I think being against gay marriage is a total stupidity. But baking a cake per se is only an act of business - I'm sure Christians don't refuse to bake cakes for people who have committed adultery, or women who've had abortions, or people who practice premarital sex - It's just business, get over it - I don't like Islam, but I wouldn't object baking a cake for a Muslim wedding or ceremony as long as the payment was good.
