Pledge discrimination, past and present.

Pledge discrimination, past and present.
This goes on throughout the united states on a constant basis.

Now some may remember the Newdow case being thrown out by the SCOTUS. It is a myth that they ruled on the two words "Under God", no, the SCOTUS threw the case out on the technicality that Newdow did not have enough legal custody over his kid to bring it to the lower court.

If this parent wants to file another case they can.

RE: Pledge discrimination, past and present.
Naturally, when the court decides in favour of this kid and his family, the religionists will begin shrieking that they're the ones being discriminated against.

News flash: Removal of unfair privileges your group once enjoyed does NOT count as discrimination.
