Really? It would have been impossible for god to have a created a world with even an ounce less suffering than this one? This was the maximally great world? There was no room, in this world, for improvement?
Then wtf has all of human history and innovation been about? There just -has- to be malaria in the world, otherwise gods purpose can;'t be achieved? If you'e going to be a believer, at least take god seriously.
