Fundamentalists and Evangelicals have already conferred sacramental status to adultery, and of course, adultery is one of the big drivers in the abortion statistics.
So, we already had de facto approval of abortion from them, and it is but a short jog to actual approval for abortions and/or sacramental status for it. We just need the right people to have been provably involved in one or more abortions and that will be the end of Republican/Fundamentalist/Evangelical opposition to the practice, and that WILL be absolutely equivalent to making it a sacrament.
We are all but there now.
Roe v Wade is just one fetus away from becoming the birth of a SACRAMENT.
PRAISE JESUS !!!

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
