If god is "within time, then God's omniscience is only with respect to the present.
If god is "outside time" and sees all of space and time as one entity, then God cannot act as an agent within time.
If god can "predict the future" because everything is deterministic, then It is responsible for the outcome, if it set the initial conditions (and our free-will is but an illusion).
