That is like asking, apart from maintenance manuals what books are there that will help me fix my car??? Everything written in a book, on diagnosing and repairing cars is considered to be a Maintenance manual.
In turn Everything Written on Jesus is either In the Bible or considered A religious text!
Otherwise show me one instance where it is not...
Right, which is why they can't agree on even the simplest of facts about jesus' life. Matthew and Luke start off with completely contradictory geneologies and that's just the beginning. Different people wrote different versions of the same legends circulating the Meditteranian at the time regarding "the christ". None of the people who wrote the gospels ever met jesus.
The other thing is that there are tons of writings not included in the finalized bible (which was not finalized until 600AD). There are apocrypha from the OT and NT. Read some and you will see why immediately. The gospel of thomas is a perfect example of an absolutely insane religious text not included in the NT. When a counsel of religious folks in the 600s deemed you crazy, you knew you were crazy!
