16 and 36 specifically require belief in Christ for salvation. Not doing so invites the wrath of God and the non-believer will perish. You have to ignore this to claim that non-believers will be saved

it is very clear to me that non-believers are included in the ALL MEN and will be saved, the special ones are the first fruits otherwise known as the elect, the verses you gave, speak of the second death as all men are destined to die once, etc etc the verses have absolutely nothing to do with an eternal punishment in hell.
