Your analogy is still horribly flawed. God sets up laws about what is wicked and sinful. To do those things is to sin... to do evil.
If God himself then turns around and does them... you can make the excuse that he is God and doesn't have to follow the rules that he sets aside for us... but that doesn't change the fact that God is now a sinner and evil.
