Multiple personality disorder is the only way I can think of to explain how there can be multiple personas within the same being. This sounds like an especially erratic case with the suicidal behavior.
We'll just add that to "megalomania", "narcissism" and "sociopathic personality disorder" in our list of Yahweh's mental illnesses.
